Terms & Conditions for ram4d

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to the Platform and use of the Services is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This platform enforces a minimum age of 21 in accordance with responsible gaming best practices and international standards applicable to Indonesia.
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, consultant, or family member of an employee of ram4d or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or technology providers.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law, or where access to this Platform has been specifically restricted.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform under a self-exclusion agreement or regulatory directive.
• You are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant to the Company that you meet all of the eligibility criteria set out above. ram4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

To access the full range of Services offered by ram4d, you must register and maintain a single Player Account. The following rules govern the registration and maintenance of Accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any balances consolidated or forfeited at the Company's discretion.
• Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security credentials associated with your Account. You must notify ram4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• KYC Verification: Before processing withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 1,000,000 IDR, or at any time the Company deems it appropriate, you will be required to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (KTP, passport, or SIM) and proof of payment method.
• Verification Timeframe: KYC documents are typically reviewed within 24-48 hours of submission. Pending KYC does not prevent deposits or gameplay; however, withdrawals will be held until verification is successfully completed.

ram4d reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an Account pending verification at any stage, without obligation to provide detailed reasons, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or violations of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 IDR for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 IDR for e-wallet transactions.
• Accepted payment methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly. Where processing is delayed due to banking system maintenance or connectivity issues, the Company will investigate and credit funds within 24 hours upon receipt of proof of transfer.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and refund of the deposited amount.
• The Company does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees independently.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 IDR. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. If the original method is unavailable, the Company will coordinate an alternative with the Player via support.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes on average for verified accounts during normal operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed at the start of the next operating window.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld pending KYC verification, ongoing fraud investigation, or where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms.
• The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time by up to 72 hours. Players will be notified promptly in such cases.
• All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

ram4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Sports bets and live casino games typically contribute 100%; slot games contribute 100%; togel bets contribute 50%. Specific promotion pages will state any deviations from these defaults.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and the associated wagering requirement must be completed within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Expired bonus funds and any derived winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: A Player may only hold one active bonus at a time unless the promotion explicitly permits stacking. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses will result in the secondary bonus being voided.
• Bonus Abuse: The Company maintains automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting, exploiting promotions through coordinated play, or using multiple accounts to claim the same offer. Where bonus abuse is detected, the Company reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from it, and suspend the Account.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players in good standing unless the specific promotion states otherwise. The Company reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its reasonable discretion.
• Seasonal Promotions: During Indonesian festive periods — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) — ram4d may offer limited-time promotional bonuses. These are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

ram4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to fair treatment of Players who have already claimed the offer in good faith.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on the Platform. Game-specific rules are published on the relevant game pages within the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by the Company. The Company reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to situations involving erroneous odds, technical faults, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by game, market, and account tier. The Company reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake limits.
• Erroneous Odds: If odds are published due to a technical error or human mistake that is clearly out of line with fair market value, the Company reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
• Live Betting: In-play bets on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League) and other sports are accepted subject to connectivity and feed availability. The Company is not liable for bets delayed or rejected due to feed latency or connectivity interruptions.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to return a profit. If one or more selections are void (e.g., abandoned match), those legs are removed from the accumulator and odds recalculated accordingly.
• Game Malfunction: In the event of a game or system malfunction that affects a gaming outcome, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to Players. Winnings generated during a malfunction period are not valid.
• Togel Draws: Togel draw results are determined by official draw sources as specified on the relevant togel game pages. The Company does not control draw outcomes and is not responsible for disputes arising from official draw results.

ram4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Players with the tools and resources necessary to maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately upon being set and may only be reduced immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a cap on the amount they are willing to lose within a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, betting activity is paused until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which the system will automatically log the Player out.
• Reality Checks: Automated on-screen notifications are available to remind Players of the time elapsed during a session and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via the Support team and take effect within 24 hours.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or accessing the Platform through another person's Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without human intervention.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform system. Any bugs discovered must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in bonus abuse as defined in Clause 5 above.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of genuine deposits after funds have been used for gaming activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Company staff or other Players in any form.
• Facilitating access to the Platform by minors or individuals subject to self-exclusion orders.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the ram4d brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, written content, software, game titles, and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, and Microgaming, among others).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publishing any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from any part of the Platform software.
• Creating derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Using the ram4d brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial or promotional context without written authorization.

Unauthorized use of Platform content will result in account termination and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or cyberattacks.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations arising from third-party data feed failures, subject to the Company's obligation to correct material errors where technically feasible.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain account security.
• Financial losses arising from gambling activity, including but not limited to losses attributable to problem gambling behavior.

Where the Company's liability cannot be entirely excluded under mandatory applicable law, it shall be limited to the amount of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises. The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player in any 12-month period shall not exceed Rp 50,000,000 IDR unless otherwise required by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits the Company's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Either party may terminate the Player's Account and these Terms at any time:

• By the Player: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
• By the Company: ram4d may suspend or permanently close your Account with or without prior notice where you have breached these Terms, where required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority, or where the Company determines, in its reasonable judgment, that continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Players.

Upon termination by the Company for cause (breach of Terms), any remaining balance may be forfeited at the Company's discretion. Upon termination without cause, verified real-money balances will be returned in full. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure regardless of the reason for termination.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles as applied by the jurisdiction in which the Company is licensed and incorporated. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company acknowledges that its primary user base consists of Players located in Indonesia and commits to operating in a manner consistent with the principles of good faith and fair dealing as recognized under Indonesian civil law principles, to the extent not inconsistent with the governing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 14 days before they take effect, except where changes are required urgently for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the changes take effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page.
